The Reverse Shampooing
method is one of the most followed trends of the moment.
Loads of bloggers have already explained their opinions about it, but I decided
to take more time in order to test it better.
For people who don't know it
yet, it consist in applying the conditioner before the shampoo,
which, let's face it, it's a bit weird.
The purpose of this procedure
would be to remove all the remaining of the conditioner which makes your
hair greasy.
For that reason, this method
is not for the ones who have dry hair.
Since mine are not dry at all,
I tried it.
Firstly, I'm going to say that
I think you can't do it every time you have a shower, as the more you
try to degrease them, the higher is the risk of a bad reaction as well
as a hyper-production of sebum which can make them even greasier!
So the best thing to do is to
alternate this method and an oil shampoo, which basically is lighter and apt to
solve the greasy-hair problem.
The most popular question is :
'Don't the effects of the conditioner disappear due to the shampoo? '
Well, it depends on what you
mean with 'conditioner's effects'.
If you are thinking about knots,
don't worry, you won't have to struggle with your brush after the shower!
But if expect them to be that
soft, well, they probably won't. I'll be honest, I like that because I'm used
to having quite oily hair, which is really annoying.
So guys, hope this post has
been useful for some of you! Let me know in the comments what your opinions are
about this method and if you'd like or not to try it!
Love,
Sara♡
